Job Title: Project Manager

Job highlights:
- This individual will consult with clients to identify and implement solutions that will directly impact the clients’ performance improvement needs. Manage the completion of the project plan including managing the quality, schedule, budget, and performance of people on the team (This may include doing the work.)
Required qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (instructional technology, human resources, psychology, business). A master’s degree is preferred.
- A minimum of five years of experience managing learning and performance improvement solutions. Two years of this experience must have been with a vendor/agency.
- The ability to travel (that is, a 12-14 hour day several times per month, a 2-3 day trip several times per quarter)
